Tea Talk and Walk. At Bradbourne House

Book  onto one of  our ‘Tea Talk and Walk’ mornings. A new informal gathering over a cup of tea or coffee in the beautiful setting of the Grade 1 listed, Bradbourne House. Hear about the amazing Women in WWII and how the local ladies in the land army helped with the war effort.

The talk seeks to explore the various ways in which some courageous women contributed to the most devastating war in human history.

Artist, nurse, resistance leader, student activist, writer, humanitarian, their stories are unique, telling of the strength, determination, creativity, hope for a better world and a contribution they felt compelled to make in days of darkness and fear. You will be amazed by what they achieved.

Arriving at Bradbourne House at 10.30am  the talk will commence at 11am and will last for approximately 45 mins. Afterwards there will be a short walking* tour of The House and gardens. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the morning.
