Pesticide Application Courses

If your job involves applying pesticides in a commercial role then you are legally required by the Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations (2012) to take these (or LANTRA equivalent) qualifications.

East Malling Short Courses can provide training for the NPTC City and Guilds Units, commonly known as PA1, PA2, PA3, PA6 etc or the LANTRA equivalent units where available.

What you can expect from us:

If you have specific enquiries or questions about which unit you require, or which category of machine you have please ask us. We can provide bespoke courses for you on your site or arrange for training here at East Malling.

We routinely run PA1,PA6a and/or PA6aw over 3 days.

The price for PA1 and PA6a is £550 and for PA1, PA6a and PA6aw is £550

PA1 and PA6a combined course

Run over 3 days this course covers both PA1 and Pa6a units. PA6aw may be added for an extra minimal charge.
