This course covers all safety checks, calibration, maintenance and correct use of hand held pesticides applicators.
Safe use of hand held applicators (including pedestrian controlled machines but excluding misters and foggers).
City & Guilds NPTC or LANTRA qualifications are available.
The NPTC assessment for this unit will be in the form of an independent practical test and can take up to 2.5 hours. Candidates are allocated a choice of dates and times and are able to choose time slots to suit their work commitments.
Candidates must have successfully achieved their PA1 assessment prior to being assessed for this unit.
Due to the COVID-19 situation you must supply your own spray suit, visor, gloves and wellington boots.
We can supply all PPE and equipment for this training except wellington boots which you must bring yourself.
You are welcome to use your own PPE provided it conforms to regulations.
Alternatively you can buy PPE from us for your own personal use.
